Mary McCormack is an American actor who has been known for her leading roles in the TV show 'Murder One", 'The West Wind in Plain Sight' as well as Loaded. Alongside her television performances, she has had movie roles like Private Parts, Deep Impact,?True Crime? and?"1408". McCormack has a father who is a clinical therapist, and owner of an ice cream store. McCormack comes from an unentertainment-related family. She attended Wardlaw-Hartridge School, and following the separation of parents 1990 then went on to Trinity College in Hartford, Connecticut, eventually graduating with a BA degree in comparative arts. At the age of 12 when she started her acting career with one of the productions of the Christmas opera "Amahl And The Night Visitors". After performing on stage and in film, she got roles in both small-screen and large-screen productions. Today, McCormack is recognized as one of the most flexible performers in Hollywood. McCormack has three daughters along with her husband, producer/director Michael Morris.
