Christina Haack was born in Anaheim California in the 9th July 1983. She began her career in real estate after graduating from school. Tarek El-Moussa and her husband, met in this business. They had a great time up until 2008, when the market collapsed and a lot of house flippers as well as real estate investors were bankrupt. Tarek El Moussa & Christina El Moussa were nearly financially bankrupted after the stock market crash in the year 2008. After moving from a house which cost them $6,000 per year, to a new apartment that cost $700, they were close to losing everything. Slowly, their business and the overall economy recovered. HGTV & Rise to Fame Tarek asked an acquaintance to create an HGTV video audition in 2011 that featured him and Christina flipping a whole house. Pie Town Productions' executives got hold of the tape. They were thrilled to Tarek, Christina and their stories. The couple signed a contract with HGTV. Flip of Flop premiered April 2013 Between 2013 and 2017, the show aired 92 episodes over 7 seasons. In the show, Christina and Tarek would buy properties, typically homes with a moderate income in Orange County, and would then proceed to spend several months making improvements so that they could sell the house for a profit. Tarek takes care of construction, demolition and renovations. Christina keeps everything running on schedule.
