Christina Haack is a Californian born woman. She was born on July 9th, 1983. Her first position was with the Real Estate Industry. Tarek El-Moussa, her future husband, was also in the business. They were extremely successful until the 2008 market crash, when a lot of real estate and home flippers went bust. Tarek El Moussa was nearly destroyed by the 2008 crash. They moved from an apartment that cost $6,000 per month to a house that cost $700 per month. The business grew slowly and the overall economy recovered. HGTV and Rise to Fame Tarek asked a close friend to make an HGTV audition film in the year 2011 that featured him and Christina flipping over a house. Pie Town Productions executive received the tape. They were in love with Tarek and Christina. The couple signed a contract with HGTV. Flip of Flop was launched in April of 2013. Between 2013 until 2017, the show was a hit for 7 seasons. Christina and Tarek, who appeared on the show, would purchase homes, typically mid-income properties in Orange County. Tarek's focus is on demolition and renovating, while Christina is focused on designing.
