Kristen Anne Bell (1980) is an extremely well-known American actress and singer. Her parents include Tom Bell and Lorelei Frygier, both television news directors. Bell was raised and birthed in Huntington Woods Michigan. Kristen was born in Huntington Woods, Michigan, to a Polish mother and father who has a mix of German, English Irish, Scottish as well as Irish. Kristen was already a skilled entertainer in the early stages. She was cast in the role of Raggedy Ann in 1992 after attending her first audition. Bell had an agent appointed by her mother prior to the age 13 and she was subsequently hired as a model in television and newspaper commercials. Then Bell also started classes in acting. Bell had a small uncredited performance as a character Polish Wedding (1998) in 1998. Bell was a member of the Drama and Music Club of Shrine Catholic High School. She won the starring role of Dorothy in her high school's performance of The Wizard of Oz. Bell was a student at the Tisch School of the Arts which she attended to study Musical Theater within New York City. in 2001 Bell quit her university in order to play the role of Becky on Tom Sawyer. Bell made her debut film credit with Pootie Tang at the beginning of 2001. The scene however, was trimmed and now her only appearance is in the end credits. Bell was on Broadway in The Crucible, a revival that featured Liam Neeson with Angela Bettis.
